Shipping and delivery

  • Do you ship Australia-wide?
    - Yes we do!

  • Do you offer free shipping? (On all orders or box orders only?)
    - Standard shipping is included on all orders over $80.

  • How long does delivery usually take?
    As per Australia Post’s website, metro areas (rural may take longer):
    - Standard shipping: Same state: 2-4 business days
    - Standard shipping: Interstate: 3-6 business days
    - Express shipping: Same state: 1-2+ business days
    - Express shipping: Interstate: 1-3+ business days

  • Do you offer express shipping?
    - Yes we do! Select this at check out.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    - Not yet, but stay tuned.

Orders & Processing

  • How long does it take to process an order before it ships?
    - We endeavour to have your items packed and in the mail within 3 business days of order.

  • Can customers choose a future delivery date?
    - Not at this time, all orders are shipped when they are placed.

  • Can customers add a gift note?
    - Yes! Please enter a short message, under 120 characters during checkout and we will include it as a hand written note on plain card stock.

  • Can boxes be customised or items swapped?
    - Not at this time.

Product Information

  • Are your skin care products Australian-made?
    - Yes. All consumable products and skincare products are Australian made.

  • Are they cruelty-free?
    - Our skin care, oils and sprays are not tested on animals, and all skin care, oils and sprays are vegan EXCEPT for the Collagen Mask, which contains Goats Milk.

  • Are they safe for pregnancy?
    - All of our products traditionally are pregnancy safe but please consult with your doctor for individual advice.

  • Are your products handmade / small batch?
    - Yes. Our oils, sprays and shower steamers are all small batch, hand made here in Adelaide.

Packaging

  • Do the boxes come gift-wrapped?
    - No. The boxes themselves are beautifully branded and come in a mailer.

  • Are invoices included inside the box? (Most gift brands leave them out.)

Returns and Refunds

  • Our return policy is detailed at checkout.

Gifting

  • Do you send boxes directly to the recipient?
    - We will send the item to whichever address you place in the order.

  • Can customers remain anonymous?
    - Of course. Simply ask for your name not to be signed should you choose a gift note.

  • Can multiple boxes be ordered to different addresses?
    - You will need to place seperate orders should multiple items need to go to different addresses.

  • Can customers add multiple boxes to one order?
    - Yes, providing they are going to the same address. If not, please see above.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    - Credit Card / Debit Card / Paypal (processing fees may apply)

  • Do you offer Afterpay/Zip?
    - Not at this time.

  • Are all prices in AUD?
    - Yes.
